I'm Nate Bacheller ('28), majoring in business administration here at Grand Valley. I grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and since I was young, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Whether it was selling popcorn to help support my Boy Scout troop or doing fabrication jobs on the side during the summer, I'm always looking for new opportunities and ways to help people. Sailing is my passion, and I've been in boats since I was eight. Currently, I'm the president and captain of Club Sailing at GV and look forward to leading my team in the coming years.

I'm a driven leader, whether on the water or on land, and I'm constantly in a business mindset—stopping at nothing to achieve the goals I set for myself. As the Secretary of CHI Fraternity, I’m committed to helping establish CHI as the premier business fraternity at Grand Valley State University, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. I'm excited to contribute to the fraternity’s success and help build a strong, forward-thinking community of business leaders.
